24 x 36 inches - Mixed Media In the high alpine meadows around Revelstoke, the grizzly is known as THE GARDNER, turning the earth as it digs for roots, opening space for new wildflowers to grow. The small but determined Pika is called THE FARMER, gathering grasses and blossoms to dry and store for the long winter. This painting honours their shared caretaking of the mountains.
